Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m a pediatric physical therapist, educator, and the founder of The Neuro-Play Method®.
Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same gap: families were often told what milestones to watch for, but given far less support in understanding why movement matters, what babies are communicating through their bodies, and what they can actually do at home.
Neuro-Play grew from the belief that we can do better.
By bringing together movement, play, connection, developmental science, and practical education, I want to give parents and professionals tools they can actually use — before “wait and see” becomes the only option.
And I know I can’t carry that mission alone.
