The Neuro-Play Method® — Elizabeth Agrapidis
Infant Brain-Body Development

Every baby has a secret.
Learn to read it.

The Neuro-Play Method® gives infant care providers, therapists, and families the neurological framework to understand what babies are communicating through movement — and do something meaningful about it.

Who It's For

Built for the people already in the room

Whether you care for babies professionally, refer families for support, or are raising a baby yourself — this method was designed for you.

🤱

Infant Care Providers

Postpartum doulas, NICU doulas, newborn care specialists, and home visitors who want the neurological framework that makes them indispensable to every family they serve.

🏥

Pediatricians

A trusted referral resource for families whose babies fall between "everything is fine" and a formal therapy referral. A constructive next step beyond wait and see.

🫶

Pediatric Therapists

PTs and OTs limited by insurance visits who want a trained specialist extending their clinical work at home between sessions — daily carryover that accelerates progress.

👨‍👩‍👶

Families

Parents who want more than milestone checklists — someone who can read their baby's nervous system and give them a developmental advantage from day one.

The Method

The nervous system speaks through movement.
We teach you to listen.

The Neuro-Play Method® is a neurologically informed framework developed by pediatric physical therapist Elizabeth Agrapidis. It trains the providers closest to babies to observe what's happening in the nervous system — and use intentional, play-based movement to support optimal brain-body development.

This is not therapy. It is informed, intentional caregiving — within existing scope — that changes outcomes for babies during the most critical window of their neurological development.

No diagnosing. No treating. Just the most informed, most intentional version of the care already being given.

1

Move & Play

Intentional, science-backed movement sequences delivered through the natural context of play and daily caregiving.

2

Observe & Assess

A trained observational framework for movement quality, reflex patterns, and nervous system organization — beyond milestone checklists.

3

Connect & Unblock

Identifying specific patterns and using targeted movement inputs to help the nervous system access more organized pathways.

4

Refer

Knowing exactly when and why to involve a healthcare professional — and communicating findings clearly to families and clinicians.

What Changes

Outcomes that matter

For babies, for providers, and for the programs and practices that serve them.

For Babies

A different developmental start

  • Earlier identification of retained reflex patterns before they become diagnosable
  • More organized nervous system development through intentional movement
  • Improved regulation, feeding ease, and movement symmetry
  • Reduction in preventable challenges requiring clinical intervention
  • A caregiver who understands what the nervous system needs
For Providers

The framework that changes everything

  • A clear framework for naming what they are already noticing
  • Movement sequences usable within existing caregiving role
  • Language to communicate observations to families and clinicians
  • Confidence that transforms how families perceive their value
  • A differentiator that positions them as developmental specialists
For Programs & Practices

A trained network in the home

  • Providers who identify early patterns and refer appropriately
  • Better carryover of clinical recommendations between sessions
  • Prevention-focused support during the window when it matters most
  • Staff who are more confident, effective, and valued by families
  • A bridge between neurodevelopmental science and daily infant care
Real Outcomes

What families have experienced

These are not guarantees of results — they are real stories from real families supported by trained Neuro-Play consultants.

The pediatrician recommended laser tongue tie surgery. After three days of oral massage and Neuro-Play sequences, the mother's feeding pain was completely gone. The pediatrician confirmed the procedure was no longer necessary.

NICU Graduate · Newborn

Her baby had been to five chiropractic visits for tight hands and fussiness. After 30 minutes of Neuro-Play movement before her baptism, she was reaching for her cousins and stealing toys — a completely different baby.

Parent Report · 3 Months

Strong head turn preference, arched and cried in any carrier. After consistent Neuro-Play sequences, head turning became fully symmetrical and she settled beautifully — snuggling with her dad for the first time.

About Elizabeth

Pediatric PT. Movement Scientist. Founder.

I created The Neuro-Play Method® because I kept seeing the same gap: caring, dedicated infant care providers who were already noticing the right things — but didn't have the neurological framework to act on what they were seeing.

With decades of experience as a pediatric physical therapist and NDT certified practitioner, I developed a method that brings the science of infant neurodevelopment into the hands of the people already in the room — every day — with the babies who need it most.

The babies always win when the right people have the right framework.
